Steve is a software engineer by day and the volunteer MHAA webmaster responsible for creating and maintaining our website and much of our digital presence. He has been fascinated by space and astronomy since he was a little kid, but in 2014 rekindled that passion by diving into astrophotography. He enjoys the challenge of combining astronomy, photography, and computers as much as the endlessly beautiful final products that can be captured in our night sky. He has been an MHAA presenter on the topic of intermediate astrophotography and recently became an instructor for a yearly astrophotography workshop held by the Adirondack Sky Center and Observatory in Tupper Lake, NY.
