Two-Factor Authentication (2fa)

A member needs their 2FA key reset or needs to reconfigure 2FA from scratch

Only one 2FA action can be taken on another member's user ID, which is to reset the 2FA configuration entirely. This will allow the user to login with just their user ID and password again, after which they can reconfigure 2FA as they please.

However, under the current configuration only a SuperAdmin has the ability to reset a user's 2FA configuration so simply forward any such requests to them. The SuperAdmin will likely always be Steve Dittmar as the owner of the WordPress install that hosts the MHAA website. You can read here about what a SuperAdmin is and why it's this way.
