Lake Taghkanic State Park, Beach Parking Lot
Lake Taghkanic is our de facto star party location. We assemble in the middle of the large beach parking lot, on the West edge of the lake itself. If your GPS can't locate the park by name for some reason, see the More Info section below.
Once you arrive
If you arrive before the gate attendants have gone home for the day, just tell them you are there for the star party and they will not require you to pay to enter the park. Otherwise, simply drive in through an open lane at the gate houses.
